ADHD COACH AND PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZER

About Kathy

Kathy graduated from Columbia University in 1977 with a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, and was Salutatorian of her class. After a brief time as a civil engineer, Kathy entered the high tech world and enjoyed a fifteen-year career as a sales and marketing executive working for and with top Fortune 50 companies. Even with her tremendous amount of success, Kathy yearned to work with people in a more collaborative, supportive and giving way - a desire borne from her own struggles and early challenges with dyslexia and ADHD.

In preparation for this career change, Kathy obtained training as a life coach through the Coaches Training Institute and ADHD coach training from the National Coaching Network with Nancy Ratey and Sue Sussman, co-founders of the ADHD coaching field. She is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Having worked as an ADHD coach since 1994, Kathy knows success is possible for ADHD individuals. She identifies with her clients’ challenges and sees their strengths of creativity and an ability to think outside of the box. Kathy sees her clients as genuine, full of spirit, and having a desire to grow. For Kathy, going on the journey to help an individual realize and act upon his or her strengths is the reason she is passionate about coaching.
